Current market environment performance of dynamic, risk-managed investment solutions.

U.S. equity markets posted gains in one of the three indexes last week. The S&P 500 fell 0.29%, the NASDAQ Composite went up 0.40%, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 1.11%. Two of the 11 sectors were up last week; Communication Services, which posted the best return, increased by 4.34%. Four of the 11 Quantified Funds were up last week: The Quantified STF Fund (QSTFX) gained 1.17%, the Quantified Government Income Tactical Fund (QGITX) went up 0.74%, the Quantified Tactical Fixed Income Fund (QFITX) gained 0.63%, the Quantified Managed Income Fund (QBDSX) increased by 0.12%, the Quantified Alternative Investment Fund (QALTX) was down 0.23%, the Quantified Pattern Recognition Fund (QSPMX) went down 0.27%, the Quantified Common Ground Fund (QCGDX) fell 0.48%, the Quantified Market Leaders Fund (QMLFX) lost 0.90%, the Quantified Tactical Sectors Fund (QTSSX) decreased by 1.06%, the Quantified Evolution Plus Fund (QEVOX) was down 1.07%, and the Quantified Rising Dividend Tactical Fund (QRDTX) was down 1.08%.

The Market Environment Indicator (MEI) was bullish Friday morning last week. Equity asset-class allocations in the Quantified Market Leaders Fund were the following: Large-Cap Growth (22.70%), Emerging Markets (7.57%), Mid-Cap Growth (3.49%), and World Stock (30.26%). Total sector ETF weightings were at 75.66%, holding exposures to Technology, Health Care, and the S&P 500.

The cash level within the Quantified Alternative Investment Fund decreased by 1.68% last week (9.14%). The largest allocation increase and decrease, respectively, within the Quantified Alternative Investment Fund (QALTX) last week were the following: Allocation to the WisdomTree Emerging Currency Strategy Fund (CEW, 4.25%) increased by 1.05%, while allocation to the iShares US Aerospace & Defense ETF (ITA, 0.73%) decreased by 0.69%. Last week, the funds were down 0.83% and 0.78%, respectively.

The capital allocation of the volatility-based systematic trading of NASDAQ 100 Index futures started the week with a 2% net long exposure. On Monday, the position reallocated to a 1% net long exposure. On Wednesday, the position shifted to a 2% net long exposure. On Friday, the position reallocated to a 5% net long exposure.

The capital allocation to 30-year U.S. Treasury bond futures in the Quantified Alternative Investment Fund started the week with a 10% net short exposure. On Wednesday, the position reallocated to a 12% net long exposure.

The QFC Self-adjusting Trend Following strategy's signal of exposure in the NASDAQ 100 Index (NDX) held a 200% net long exposure throughout the week. The Quantified STF Fund (QSTFX) gained 1.17% for the week, compared to a gain of 0.61% for the NASDAQ 100 Index (NDX) and a gain of 0.62% for the Rydex Series NASDAQ 100 Fund (RYHOX), a current potential holding of the STF strategy.

The Quantified Managed Income Fund's (QBDSX) largest ETF allocations were the Invesco Senior Loan ETF (BKLN, 7.21%), the iShares Floating Rate Bond ETF (FLOT, 6.80%), and the ProShares Short 20+ Year Treasury Fund (TBF, 6.80%). Last week, the securities were down 0.24%, up 0.10%, and up 0.70%, respectively. The cash allocation was at 50%.

The 10-year U.S. Treasury closed the week up 0.76%. The capital allocation to 30-year U.S. Treasury bond futures in the Quantified Managed Income Fund started the week with a 15% net short exposure. On Wednesday, the position reallocated to an 18% net long exposure. The S&P 500 E-mini futures started the week with a 5.50% net short exposure. On Thursday, the position shifted to a 6.50% net short exposure.

The Quantified Pattern Recognition Fund (QSPMX) started the week with a 120% net long exposure. On Friday, the position shifted to a 140% net long exposure.

The Quantified Tactical Fixed Income Fund (QFITX) started the week with a 55% net short exposure to Treasurys and a 0% net long exposure to high-yield bonds. On Wednesday, the position reallocated to a 104% net long exposure to Treasurys and a 0% net long exposure to high-yield bonds. On Thursday, the position switched to a 92.30% net long exposure to Treasurys and a 0% net long exposure to high-yield bonds. On Friday, the position switched to an 84.50% net long exposure to Treasurys and a 0% net long exposure to high-yield bonds.

The Quantified Government Income Tactical Fund (QGITX) started the week with a 55% net short exposure to Treasurys. On Wednesday, the position changed to a 130% net long exposure to Treasurys. On Thursday, the position reallocated to a 110.50% net long exposure to Treasurys. On Friday, the position moved to a 100.10% net long exposure to Treasurys.

The Quantified Evolution Plus Fund (QEVOX) had the following allocations at the end of last week: 69% in cash, 11% in the S&P 500, 11% in international equities, and 9% in emerging markets.

The Quantified Common Ground Fund's (QCGDX) largest allocations were Selective Insurance Group Incorporated (SIGI, 10.66%) and CNO Financial Group Incorporated (CNO, 5.97%). Last week, the securities were down 0.36% and 1.69%, respectively. The cash allocation was at 2.50%.

The Quantified Tactical Sectors Fund (QTSSX) had the following allocations last Friday: the Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK, 39%), the Vanguard Information Technology ETF (VGT, 39%), the Health Care Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLV, 39%), and the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (SPY, 39%).

The Quantified Rising Dividend Fund (QRDTX) was bullish at the end of last week.
